Payment Policies & InsurancesInsurancesConcord Orthopaedics participates with the following health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. If your insurance requires a referral, please bring it with you or arrange to have your doctor's office send or fax it to us.
If you do not see your insurance listed above, or have any questions, please contact our office and our staff will assist you in determining eligibility.
Payment OptionsWe accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. We also offer an on-line payment option.
Payment at Time of ServiceIf you do not have medical insurance or are involved in a liability case, payment in full is expected at the time of service. We do not bill attorneys. Payment plans are available upon request.If you are scheduled for an MRI or for surgery, we encourage you to contact our financial counselors who can assist you if necessary to plan for expenses that may be your responsibility.
